You
and your volunteers will need to take down and pack all of the Halloween decorations
that were used for the party. Used paper plates, cups, napkins, eating utensils, soda
cans, and the like should all be bagged and disposed of. Dispose
of uneaten food, and clean the area where the Halloween party was held, so
that it is ready for business the following day.
If you rented anything from a party store, such
as a banquet table, chairs, etc., you will need to return them on time
to avoid any late fees.
Write
down all the things that went well and those that didn't for future use. If
you plan next years Halloween office party you can refer back to your notes
and avoid previous mistakes.
After
the party add the best pictures from the party to
the office message board or on a wall in a back room of the business. Never
post pictures that would embarrass a co-worker in a public area. Just give
them a copy.
