Unless
the area that the party will be held in is were customers or clients could be,
try to start setting up at least an hour before closing. This will give you a
head-start in your preparations.
Each
person should have a specific job, putting up the Halloween decorations, setting up
the table full of tasty treats, another person spreparing the Halloween music and
so on.
Be
sure to set out enough lined trash cans for people to dispose of un-eaten
food, soda cans, etc.
Plan to be able to have
everything setup in about half an hour, an hour at the most. Your colleagues won't want to stand around waiting or
have come back to work for the party.
